In the 1980s Communist Romania under the most brutal eastern european dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu locked up 71000 of its own citizens or 1 in every 300. Today the USA, the world’s oldest democracy jails 2.2 million or 1 in every 136 of it’s own citizens, ie. 2.2 times the incarceration rate of a notorious police state. This does not make any sense unless we look at the racial aspects of the US justice system. on the Kidabanesee reserve in Northern Ontario. Silas Crow (Ryan Black) is a young man confused about his direction in life; he wants to take an automobile mechanic’s course in college, but is uncertain whether he should apply. His general confusion with life is most evident in his apparence. He wears an old, ratty black hat resembling a fedora, as well as a long, black trenchcoat. Frank Fencepost (Adam Beach) is Crow’s best friend, and Sadie Maracle (Jennifer Podemski) is his ex-girlfriend. Events are set in motion when, Little Margret (Tamara Podemski) a young girl from the reserve is murdered by Clarence Gaskill (Hugh Dillon), a white man who gets off with a light sentence, prompting the community to demand vengeance. In this scene the boys have been arrested for the alleged murder of their nemesis, Clarence. They’re booked and released, but suspect maybe the girls have been thinking something?
Not used like they were in the first game, but they have returned!

We decided to hit the downtown Cleveland rails that night cause believe it or not, its almost BUSIER AT NIGHT! to many catches to put in here. The Cleveland Works RR operated “Crow” finally does some work fos us! ExTREME RARE MOVE. Also, AMTRAKS Lake Shore Limted # 48 was late to make the transition to CSX because of a “Police issue” with a passenger, We never did see any police but the conductor at the rear of the train asked for his baggage so im not sure what happened.
