As it turns out, it’s Porky, who had taken Picky to show him the meteorite but got scared off and, to try to save face, decided to blame the “cops” (the police–at least Porky won’t call them “pigs”) for the whole problem. Because Babyface Broken is supposed to be the hero, he agrees to help Porky get Picky back, and also takes his dog King along to help him deal with baddies that are now appearing.
