The son of a New Jersey sanitation
worker, Lloyd moved to Los Angeles ten years ago after a bitter divorce
from his high school sweetheart. He later joined the L.A.P.D. and
soon became part of an elite task force. Though his rise to ‘crime stopping
veteran’ hasn’t been easy ( Lloyd battles hemorrhoids, lactose intolerance
and alcohol) he’s still the kind of cop you’d want watching your
back. With his penchant for junk food and digging through the trash,
Lloyd may not be as physically fit as he’d like to be, but be assured,
Detective Hogan serves up his own off-beat brand of justice...the kind that
